Using the same tried and tested format as our successful Spring event, this is an opportunity to come along and try to beat your times from earlier in the year – helped by chip timing.
Like the Spring event, it is well marshalled and ideal for those who are new to the sport. With a limit of 160 places, it’s likely to sell out quickly.
The event combines a 300m indoor swim with a 22k bike ride and a 4k run. There’s a goody bag for all starters and an extensive prize list. Results will be posted on this web site shortly after the event. On-site facilities include male and female changing with showers, W/C and refreshments.

First competitors start at 08:00am
Entry fees: £41 with TS/TE/WT license, £45 without license
Entry closes one week prior to race
